Rolling Hills RV Park - Rules

• Upon arrival, all who stay or visit at Rolling Hills are requested to first register at the office located in the Office building near the entrance. Rents are due in advance.
• This park is for paid guests only.  Guests are to register at the office.
• Guests under 18 years of age are required to be supervised by a responsible adult.
• Quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.  All fires out by 10:30 pm.
• The speed limit is 5 MPH.
• Check out time is 12:00 noon.
• No smoking in the campground buildings or pool area.
• No vehicle washing, repairs or oil changing.
• No vehicles in non-working order are to be left on the camp grounds.
• No generators unless under emergency situations.
• No permanent clotheslines permitted.
• Tents in designated areas only.
• No alcoholic beverages or drugs allowed in the park.
• Pets are allowed.  The following guidelines apply to your pet:
-We do ask that you respect Rolling Hills and the enjoyment of others by cleaning up after your pet.
-It is also important that you know where your pet is at all times. Pets must be leashed (no longer than 6') and kept quiet at all times.
-All pets (big or small) must stay on a short leash while being walked or in your presence. No animals are to be leashed and left alone or unattended outside. It doesn't matter how well you know your pet.
-Do not walk your pets on property that does not belong to our park. It is not fair to our neighbors for you to allow your pet to use their property for a pet walk in an attempt to avoid clean-up.
-No pets allowed in any camp buildings.
-Leashes are not to be fastened to trees or shrubs.
-No dangerous breeds of dogs or dogs that weigh over 40 pounds.
-If an animal is left unattended in your unit while you are away and is found to be a barker, etc., you will be made aware of the noise or nuisance and will be asked not to leave the animal alone again. If you ignore the first warning or the warning does not work, you will be asked to put the animal in a kennel while you are away. You simply cannot leave your pet to annoy the rest of our guests, as well as our staff, while you are away.
-We have to remember and consider all guests. Not all people are pet owners or pet lovers. Let's do our best to make it a pleasant stay for everybody.
• Sites must be kept clean and litter free.
• No unregistered guests after 11:00pm; Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 7:00am
• Guests are required to keep their rented spaces neat and in order. Visual clutter will not be allowed.
• The use of off-road vehicles within the park boundaries will be strictly monitored.
• Use of weapons of any type will be prohibited .
• Open fire is currently not allowed in close proximity to camping units due to potential propane leaks
• Vehicles and personal property identified as inoperable or junked are not allowed in the park.
• Guests are asked not to readjust, modify or install additions to existing utilities. Problems with utilities should be reported to the Rolling Hills staff.
• In order to manage and improve situations, guests are asked to submit complaints or concerns in writing.
• Employees and staff will report violations of the law to the local authorities.

Any guest not adhering to this visitor policy will lose all visitor privileges within the camp. All other passes will be issued at the camps discretion.
-Visitor’s passes must be left at the gate upon departure of the Resort.
